Can I order cannabis products from CannTrust?

Not at this time.  CannTrust’s license to sell cannabis products has been suspended by Health Canada.  We can assure you that every effort is being made to bring the Company into full regulatory compliance and to satisfy Health Canada that all requirements needed to lift the suspension have been met or exceeded.

We will keep patients apprised on progress in regaining our license to sell products.

What is CannTrust doing to resume operations and sell cannabis products?

CannTrust’s paramount and urgent priority is to satisfy regulators that the Company meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements so that the reasons for Health Canada’s suspension no longer exist,  we are in a position to resume operations and to regain the trust and confidence of our shareholders, patients, customers and partners.

To that end, the work of Special Committee of the Board of Directors which was tasked with looking into what happened and what needs to be done to bring CannTrust into full regulatory compliance has been completed, senior management changes have been made, governance changes are underway and a remediation strategy has been formulated and is being implemented.

Are the products safe?

All CannTrust products have passed third party testing by Health Canada licensed labs for both safety and quality.

Can I get a refund for CannTrust products in my possession?

Yes. Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@canntrust.ca or 1-855-794-2266 and they will assist you in shipping your unopened products back to CannTrust for a full refund.
